The story evolves around some gold shipments from a mine. There are bluffs, twists, backstabbings and unsuspected partners when everyone seems to be after the gold. Typical Sartana plot, you might say.
Carnimeos second Sartana movie, third in the series. Not a Gianni Garko Sartana but as close to a Sartana movie without Garko that you can get. Lots of familiar Spaghetti Western actors including Piero Lulli, Nello Pazzafini, Spartaco Conversi, etc. Does not feel like a true Sartana movie without Garko but that doesn't mean it's a bad movie. This is an above average, standard, enjoyable Spaghetti Western.
Should be mentioned also that the Brentwood DVD is fullscreen and the picture quality is like VHS.
Saloonkeeper: "-Hey, you like 'em well cooked?" Sartana: "-Yeah, just bring them here before I die of hunger." Bandit: "-That is not how you are going to die!"
Sartana: "-Hello friends." Bandit: "-It's goodbye I think. That bathtub is going to be your coffin."
